PROJECT:

Working with the CIPD on the relaunch of their flagship Flexible Learning programme was a welcome return to familiar territory for Mosaic. We were involved in its inception, promotion and establishment as the preferred route to achieving qualifications for HR professionals way back in 1992! This time, the task was to create a refreshed look and revitalise industry interest in an improved course programme that is increasingly up against competitive activity.

OUTCOME:

“Let’s make some positive changes!” And that’s exactly what we did. Flexible Learning became Flexible Learning+ and a new campaign was drawn up that focussed on the positive life enhancing benefits of studying through a route that meant professionals could get qualified without putting their life on hold. Sales and enquiries have exceeded all targets and new courses have joined the Flexible Learning+ suite of programmes.
